NS Automatyka Sp. z o.o. offers caps for plastic packaging manufactured in the form of caps, in sizes Ø50mm (type K50) and Ø63mm (type K63). Each nut size can be produced in several models depending on the design, purpose or method of protection against opening (e.g. by children).

For production, we use only the best and original materials (PP, HDPE), supplied by verified and trusted companies.

Depending on the customer's needs, the properties of the made-up product and the type of packaging, K50, K63 nuts are equipped with the appropriate type of sealing, sealing and other inserts, e.g.

- of foamed polyethylene (of polyethylene foam),

- for induction sealing (induction welding),

- enabling gas evacuation (deaeration of packaging),

- moisture absorbing (for loose products).

The nuts can be produced in any color chosen by the customer in accordance with the RAL or Pantone color table.

It is possible to personalize the cap by placing the customer's logo on its surface, which significantly improves brand recognition and makes counterfeits more difficult. NS Automatyka Sp. z o.o. has all the necessary certificates allowing the use of our caps for the preparation of preparations, which are aqueous solutions of aggressive substances (e.g. plant protection products).

Manufactured caps K50, K63 are compatible not only with our bottles type B250, B500, B1000 but also with a number of packaging from other manufacturers.
