Caps should be stored in covered warehouses
at a distance of not less than 1 m from operating heating devices at temperatures up to + 40 ° C.
Avoid prolonged exposure to direct UV rays.

Important information:

• recommended closing force /K63/ 5-6Nm (max. 8 Nm),
• do not cause the seal to compress over 40%,
• during the winter season, before use, it is recommended to store the caps at least 24 hours in a heated room.

Description:

Plastics caps series K50, K63 are closures dedicated for packaging with an increased level of security.

The caps are characterized by a higher weight and thicker walls, which ensures greater durability and mechanical resistance. They are made of original materials (PP, HDPE), supplied by certified suppliers. Caps depending on the application are equipped with the appropriate type of sealing, sealing and other inserts.
Manufactured caps K50, K63 are compatible with bottles type B250, B500, B1000 manufactured by NS Automatyka Sp. z o.o. and with a range of third-party packaging.
Caps can be made in the so-called safe (K50B, K63B - in accordance with PN-EN ISO 8317: 2016-03), i.e. protected against opening by a child and with the so-called sealing ring (K50S, K63S).
